Fundamentals of Intergenerational Workforce Management
This course provides a foundational understanding of human resource management (HRM) with emphasis on managing a diverse and intergenerational workforce. It introduces key HR concepts, including the roles and responsibilities of HR professionals, ethical considerations, and workplace diversity. Participants will explore core HR functions such as job analysis, job design, and human resource planning, while examining how internal and external factors influence workforce management in modern organisations.
