Applied Intergenerational HR Practices
This course focuses on the practical application of human resource management strategies to effectively manage teams within a multi-generational workforce. Participants will examine key HR processes such as recruitment, employee selection, training and development, and performance management. Emphasis is placed on applying appropriate tools and techniques to enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, and organisational productivity. The course also addresses communication challenges and conflict management across different generations, highlighting strategies to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.
