Championing Leadership

Welcome to "Championing Leadership". The first module entitled leadership theory! In this course, we will explore the important leadership theories with a focus on defining the theories that captivate a good leadership. Whether you're an ordinary employee or a well-established leader, this course is designed to help you to understand leadership to a greater level.

Throughout the course, you will learn how to develop leadership characters, create a case study, and use vivid work experience to bring your stories to organizational settings. We will also discuss different leadership styles and techniques, including current leadership practice to help you find your own unique leadership traits.

I am your instructor, Khaizer Omar, and I have over 10 years of experience in writing and teaching leadership. I have published several articles on leadership and a book focusing on issues and challenges in Educational Leadership. I am passionate about helping others develop their leadership styles and apply in leading the organization. 

The course is structured into three modules, each of which covers a different aspect of leadership. Each module includes a video lecture, interactive activity and a quiz to help you practice what you've learned.
