About the course

Auditing of a financial statement is a form of assurance engagements provided to enhance the credibility of the financial statements prepared by the management of a business entity, hence auditing add values. This course provides the overview of the auditing process from the issuance of the engagement letter until the issuance of the audit report. It also provides a platform for students to comprehend the different types of auditing and to acknowledge the industry expectation. The activities and assessments in this course are set to provide students insight to develop basic understanding into the profession of auditing.
